Dance is one of the best ways to keep fit, with classes that offer a basic foundation for a variety of dance styles, including a basic technique for folk dance and ballet choreography, as well as develop one’s performance skills.Some benefits from learning dance are:

Posture, fitness, and flexibility: in rapid growth stages of children, dance can help teach children to strengthen their core and improve muscle strength to build a straight, beautiful body, and remedy some physical issues such as slouching or bad posture. Dance also promotes growth and development of children. Children who dance are found to grow 4-8 cm taller than those who do not. Also, consistent stretching and physical activity will improve a student’s flexibility and physical endurance.

Music and Motor coordination: Dance involves every single part of the body, which improves overall balance and body coordination, as well as musical awareness.
