Yong Chun Quan (Wing Chun)’, a training regimen for Martial Arts, is not just simply training the body; it also involves training the mind by improving mental focus and discipline through methods that not only challenge physical coordination but also push the creativity of martial arts as a different style. Wing Chun focuses on softness, self-defense, and the rational use of energy; “focussed on personal thoughts and instincts, rather than power moves that are just, fixed, rigid and blind ” Wing Chun itself contains ancient Chinese philosophy so students improve the mind, spirit, and body.
